All orders are processed within 7–10 business days. Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. Estimated shipping time is 25–35 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 5–7 weeks from the date of order placement.

Taxes & Tariffs

All duties and taxes are included within the cost of shipping. If you receive any communication from customs, please email us with your order number so we can assist you promptly.

Lost/Damaged Packages

NightGuard is responsible for your order until it reaches our third-party shipping partner. Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, shipping-related issues must be handled directly with the carrier. However, our Customer Support Team will do their best to assist you in resolving any issues.

Incorrect Mailing Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to a customer input error.
