Returns & Refunds Policy
All NightGuard™ products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We will resolve the following issues at no cost to you:
- Item arrived damaged or defective → full refund or replacement
- Wrong item received → correct item resent
- Item never arrived (confirmed lost) → full refund or replacement
To report an issue, contact nightguardhelp@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
EU Customers In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU-based customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Sale and promotional items
- Custom or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
